What is Semi Trailer Mechanical Suspension?

1. The front, middle and rear brackets of the semi-trailer suspension system are press-formed from Q345 sheet, welded into a closed box body, light in weight and strong in rigidity. The leaf spring does not shift laterally during use.

2. The suspension leaf spring wear block is Q345 (or 20 # cast steel) welded type, and its angle is consistent with the direction of force expansion of the leaf spring. The wear resistance block of the balance arm has a grease lubricating nozzle, which reduces the leaf spring and balance. Sliding friction between arm wear blocks.

3. The angle design of the torsion bar of the suspension is reasonable. In the process of frequent dustpans running on the entire vehicle, the instant friction slip distance between the tire and the ground is reduced, the friction of the tire is effectively reduced, and the service life of the tire is prolonged.

4. The torsion bar bushing (shock absorbing sleeve) is made of polyurethane rubber, which is rigid and flexible, and has a buffering effect on the instant slippage and friction of the tire.

5. Because the suspension is a rigid body, the angle of the torsion bar, and the optimized design of the damping sleeve (sleeve), after assembly, as long as the adjustment is accurate, the verticality of the axle and the traction pin can be ensured, which can effectively eliminate the eccentric wear and tear of the trailer tire.
